and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006

All information has been provided to the best of our knowledge. No liability may be derived from this catalogue, so please consult the relevant product safety sheet for precise information.

Additional Information

Pharmacopoeias

We deliver a wide variety of products according to the various quality standards that are required by the different pharmacopoeias.

Please refer to our specifications for complete information on quality (FCC, USP etc.) that forms the basis for our production.

Retest Period

The retest period is defined as the recommended time after which our customers should review the parameters stated in the analysis certificates of existing products – still in unopened, original packaging – before use.

Since we do not have any influence on either the transport or storage at the customer site, we can only confirm that any reference regarding the retest period is based on our current, best knowledge. These guidelines are under no circumstances to be considered a guarantee. Furthermore, they are not an admission of liability.

The retest period is not to be confused with the “shelf life and/or storage life”, which are terms generally not used when referring to mineral salts. Please contact us if you require further information in this respect.

Packing

The choice of packaging always depends on the individual product. We always strive to use the optimum packaging for each product.

We primarily use fiber drums, cartons, multiple paper sacks – with or without poly inserts – and also big bags. For our liquid products we use drums or IBC containers. The choice of packaging material and the packaging size depends on the volume and properties of each product and on the protection required for transport.

Where requested by our customers, we are also equipped to supply other packaging materials and sizes.

Non-liability Clause

The information contained in this document reflects our current level of knowledge. Within the context of our general Terms & Conditions of trade, we guarantee that our products have been manufactured according to relevant specifications. However, we cannot be made liable for the suitability of our products for a specific purpose or particular application or its compatibility with other substances. Relevant tests must be performed by the customer, who must also bear the risk regarding those tests and subsequent results. Furthermore, none of the information herein may be construed as a recommendation to use our products in a way that might breach the rights of any third party.
