The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about the products and services provided by our company, as well as to enable the user to get in touch with the relevant people on our staff.


Furthermore, we process personal data in accordance with the following legal principles:

  • Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR for the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract with the data subject and to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
  • Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR for the processing of personal data required to satisfy a legal obligation to which we are subject in accordance with any applicable EU legislation or with any legislation applicable in a country where the GDPR is applicable wholly or in part.
  • Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR for the processing of personal data required to protect the legitimate interests pursued by ourselves or by third parties, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Legitimate interests include, in particular, our business and commercial interests associated with providing our website, information security, the assertion of our own legal claims and compliance with other legislative provisions.

The contents of the fields marked as mandatory fields in the forms as well as the non-mandatory fields are saved locally to our address database in order to be able to process your requests. This data can only be accessed by a limited number of employees for the fulfilment of the respective task.

Unless you have not agreed to the use of your personal data, your data will be blocked for further use after processing your order and then deleted after the expiry of the tax law and commercial law storage periods.

Purpose of processing

Our website uses the technology of Kyto GmbH to analyze the visitor behavior. Here, the IP address of a visitor is processed exclusively for the purpose of collecting company-relevant information such as the company name.  IP addresses of natural persons are excluded from further use. The IP address will not be stored under any circumstances. The data we collect does not allow any inference to an identifiable person at any time.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest results from the fact that we make adjustments for optimization and marketing purposes as well as for security reasons based on the statistical analysis of user behavior.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics for web analytics. Google Analytics is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), a corporation incorporated and operated under Irish law (register number: 368047) located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
